EMOTIONAL HEALING
If you would wish to heal an aspect of the emotions, we ask you to see a beautiful sphere. This sphere is swirling with the colors of blue, gold and lavender. See this sphere circling around the upper chest, throat and forehead of yourself or another who is in emotion pain. These areas hold tightly onto the emotions. See these spheres circulating in these areas. They will draw out whatever colors of negative thought-forms are there. You will see the colors of the sphere change. It will be holding that you wish to take away from yourself or another. Next you will see the sphere moving away from the body that it is working upon. Then see it being transformed by a shaft of beautiful white energy. The sphere is breaking up and going back to its original state. As it disappears, there will be a feeling of release within the individual who is receiving the attention of the visualization.

We would ask you to see a beautiful golden sunrise that is coming up over the earth. See the earth and the sun and space, the stars surround it. See the brilliance and the GLORY of the sun. Its beautiful healing rays are penetrating through you and every individual upon this planet. See your planet as one that is becoming healed. It is becoming whole. It is coming to a sense of its own fullness. See this planet encircled in a beautiful green light, a grenn sphere that surrounds it. This sphere energizes it and brings to every living being, to every form of life, energy, joy, greatness, and fullness. The problems that exist here upon your world can be healed, but it is you and everyone upon the globe that must turn their energies towards this healing. In working upon healing your own seves, you are bringing your world and every aspect upon it into a greater state of fullness, beauty and love for all of creation.

At times you may be feeling restricted. You may feell you are in the grasp of fear, tension, doubt, anger and despression. When you free these emotions and thoughts retricting you, and keeping you from your true nature, we suggest that you picture a beautiful spiral. It starts within your throat area and reaches to a height above your head. Picture this spiral as the color Green for emotional growth, Blue for spiritual growth, and Orange for material growth. Color your spiral in whatever color is appropriate to the area of restriction that you are experiencing. See the movement begain. See the spiral growing and expanding anf fluctuating. It is perhaps becoming longer, wider or deeper. Allow it to expand and grow. It is a symbol of the expansion you wish to experience. Allow the spiral to cut through any dark thoughts, any clouds of repression, any aspects of negativity. This is a way in which you can experience the spiraling, growing evolving joy and love that is the nature of the Universe

See this picture in the evening hours, in the meditative state or the beginnig of the sleep state. See a little child that is in a hunched position. It is covered with grayness. See a beautiful, vibrant beam of Orange or Yellow Light, coming down upon this child. See the child start to move. Then see a beautiful Green beam penetrating this child. See the grayness disappearing. See the child beginning to stand up. Next see a beautiful beam of Royal Blue penertrating this child. See the child standing and turning in circles. It is moving with joy, fullness and happines. It is being healed so that it may grow and utilize its full potential.
